How to choose a good password?

A good password should:

• be at least 6 characters long
• consist of both upper and lower case letters
• contain both letters and digits
• not contain common words from the English or other languages

Are you threatened by viruses when using our hosting service? - Absolutely not! You and your account are safe!

As our servers use Linux, they are invulnerable to most viruses.

However there is certain danger that an infected email message is downloaded to a Windows computer and infects it. That's why we have installed ClamAntivirus, which scans each and every email message passing through our servers. The antivirus is updated DAILY and is 100% effective. 

Spam Protection

60% of the total email traffic in the internet is SPAM (unsolicited email).

Our solution to this problem is called SPAMASSASSIN, which is capable of eliminating more than 98% of all spam messages. Its performance depends on its options which are tuned from our users control panel. These options are well explained on the configuration page available in our control panel.
