How much time it will take to activate my website?

After you sign up for hosting with us, you will receive a "Welcome" email containing account information including DNS/NameServers information. Go to your own domain registrar, login there, and find the area in your domain registrar's web site for DNS transfer or DNS changes. Type in the new DNS/NameServers info we gave you in your email. Once submitted, it will take 2-48 hours for the DNS record to update in the registry database. This is the standard time. You will know that the DNS has resolved (successfully updated) when you type your domain URL into a browser and see an index list with filenames in your web space. If you have already uploaded pages to your web space via IP FTP before the DNS resolves, then when it resolves you should see the web page/s you uploaded.

We offer support 24/7 by Support Tickets, Email, FAQ's and (Mon-Sat 09.30 - 20.00 IST) through Telephone. When you request support via Support Ticket, we will answer as quickly as possible, usually within no longer than 2 to to 6 hours but frequently very much faster (within minutes). 

Do you place banner ads or any other kind of advertising on my web site?

No. We do not place any advertising of any kind on web sites hosted in any of the paid Hosting Package plans.

Do you host foreign domains?

Yes. We host many types of sites both foreign and domestic, and our customers come to us from several countries worldwide.

Do you host Adult sites?

No. Adult-oriented content is in violation of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies. There are legal and ethical issues involved in hosting of such sites. This includes sites that are associated with bestiality or child pornography, or sites which promote hate against any group. Please see our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies for full details about what is and is not allowed on our Hosting servers.

Any user of our services who is found to have such content on their site, or links to such sites, will have their account closed and permanently deleted from the server within 24 hours.
