How long before I receive my login information?
It usually takes about 30 minutes for us to send you the login info. However, some payments require a bit longer to process, and in rare cases it might take up to an hour for us to activate your account.
How long before I can upload my site?
Usually, less than an hour.
We will create your hosting account 5-10 minutes after we have received your payment.
A welcome email will then be sent to the email address that you have specified in your order. Using the settings mentioned in your welcome email, you will be able to immediately upload your site.
How do I connect to my control panel?
You can connect to your control panel at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
As the connection is encrypted, you will see a popup menu that will appear asking you whether you trust our server and whether you would like to proceed. Choose Yes, in order to proceed to your control panel.
How do I upload my site?
There are several ways to upload your site.
1. Using the file manager from your control panel.
- Connect to your control panel.
- Choose 'file manager'.
- Go to your 'www' directory, as it is the default directory where your html documents are stored.
- Choose 'upload files', and choose the files (up to 12) that you wish to upload.
- If you want to overwrite existing files with the same name, check 'existing files'
- Click upload, and the selected files will be uploaded to the selected directory.
* Note - depending on the size of the files selected, the upload process may take some time.
2. Using an ftp client. Ftp clients have many features, such as copy-paste, and are useful when manipulating larger number of files.

When using an ftp client, the server address is yourdomain.com, and the username and password are the same as for the control panel.
If you have trouble uploading files via ftp, make sure that passive mode is ON.
The passive mode is set in settings/options ->firewall->passive mode .
How long before my site is accessible globally?
The first thing we do after we receive your payment is to register your domain name. This usually takes less than 5 minutes. Then we create your hosting account - another 5 minutes.
However, it takes up to 48 hours before the newly registered domain name (yourdomain.com) is online. The reason for this delay is that the DNS information on all Domain Name Servers around the world has to be refreshed.
It doesn't matter where you register the domain name - this delay is always there. Until your domain name is online you can access your site by IP, as specified in the welcome email.
In other words, immediately after you receive the welcome email, you will be able to access/upload your site like this: 'http://70.84.250.228/~your_username'
In less than 48 hours, your site will be visible all around the world by the domain name, like 'http://www.yourdomain.com'.
